All sessions are flexible and the emphasis is on meeting everyone's needs.
A pot of tea and juices will be flowing throughout the session and a 20 min break taken within the session.

This evidence based session draw from the Unicef Baby friendly guidelines, the work on Biological Nurturing of Suzanne Colson .
This hilarious but incredibly informative session encourages a positive approach to breastfeeding in a calm and considered way, empowering the mother and supporter by giving a simple explanation of how to manage the early weeks with confidence.
It is intended that the new mother and partner or supporter will leave the workshop equipped with the knowledge of how to ensure an Oxytocin rich environment based on baby watching, patience, practice, laughter and love.
Week 5 explores the first few days after birth. Covering the babymoon, what your baby needs, how you may be feeling. We will also look at practical things like which nappies and slings are best.
Tea cakes & birth stories.
Approximately six weeks after the last baby in the group has been born, we will arrange a get together for the whole group to socialise, tell their birth stories and of course introduce their new baby.
